Someone once told me that
If there ever were a time when someone hurt me
I should try picking up a rock,
Holding it, and squeezing it.
Squeeze with all of my strength ‘til my entire hand starts to shake,
Until that person smiles at me and asks if my hands hurts.
There’s nothing that can hurt you as much as you hurt yourself.
I want you to ask yourself, who does your life belong to?
There’s nothing that can hurt you if you don’t care about it.
You are hurt by someone only because you willingly take the pain
When that someone hurts you,
Just take that rock you picked up.
And throw it as far as your eyes can see.
Or do you wish to keep it?
The more you’re willing to keep, the more you bear it. Your heart can only tremble.
It hurts doesn’t it, to keep putting yourself through that?
